PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We don’t do fast fashion—we do it right.
All items are made to order or carefully prepared once your order is placed.
Standard Processing Time (TAT): 7–10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
Important:
Some items may have a longer TAT. This will always be clearly listed in the product description. By purchasing, you agree to that specific timeline.
Shipping times (after processing):

Standard: 3–5 business days

Economy: 5–8 business days

Express: 1–3 business days
Please note: Shipping time does NOT include processing time.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you.

Postal delays

Lost or stolen packages

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the carrier’s control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our items, all sales are considered final.
Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted if:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Request is made within 5 days of delivery
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or discounted items

Custom or made-to-order items

Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns must be approved BEFORE being sent back
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they are already being processed.
SIZING
Please review sizing charts before placing your order.
