  • Standard processing time is 7–10 business days

  • Some items may have a longer turnaround time (this will always be listed in the product description)

  • Shipping time is separate from processing time

  • We do not offer cancellations after 12 hours

  • All sales are final unless item arrives damaged or incorrect

ORDERS & PROCESSING


How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is 7–10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.


Some items may take longer, and that will always be listed in the product description.

 


 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.


After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be stopped.

 


 

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible.


We cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.

 


 

SHIPPING


When will my order arrive?

Shipping begins AFTER processing is complete.


Estimated shipping times:

 

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Economy: 5–8 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

 

 


 

Can I rush my order?

You can upgrade shipping at checkout, but this does not skip processing time.


If you need your order by a certain date, contact us before ordering.

 


 

My package is delayed—what now?

Once your order has shipped, delays are the responsibility of the carrier.


We are not responsible for shipping delays.

 


 

My package says delivered but I don’t have it

Please check with neighbors or your local post office.


If needed, file a claim with the carrier.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 


 

RETURNS & ISSUES


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final.


Returns/exchanges are only accepted if:

 

  • Item is unworn and in original condition

  • You contact us within 5 days of delivery

 


Sale items, custom items, and accessories are not eligible.

 


 

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.


We will review and make it right.
